We believe every child deserves to feel cared for. Bearing Gifts is a project run by prisoners of HMP Leicester turning textile waste into magical patchwork teddies on a "Buy One, Give One" basis.
Each teddy comes with love - and half a heart.
Upcycled Materials
Rehabilitation
Children in Need
Every purchase helps a child in need whilst supporting rehabilitation.
We take fabric scraps - materials that would otherwise be discarded - and turn them intopatchwork teddy bears. Each teddy is made in pairs, symbolising connection.
When one is sold, its"sibling teddy"is donated to a child in need, carrying a message of care, hope, and shared kindness.
But this project is bigger than toys.
